Now that I've settled the clock issue, I see my mistake. What I need is a sundial. Yes, it will say, like this one, "Grow old along with me. The best is yet to be." Really? That would be wonderful.
Does this have a second hand? Arabic numerals? Even a minute hand? No, but I suppose it would make a good plan B.
