Diet Journal




Vegetarian adventure day 3.  For breakfast - corn niblets.  
Lunch - pinto beans.   I'm stuffed!  Well, I'm not going hungry. 

I guess I'll skip dinner.   No, I'll eat my broccoli sprouts tonight. 

Tomorrow a surprise favorite.  Baked ripe plantains.  I should go on a plantain diet.  

Even though I'm not eating low carb, I think I only ate about 50 grams of carbs today.  I slept better last night.  

How is the pain level?  Hm.  Maybe down a notch.
