Diet Journal





Another great day in vegetarian diet land.  I slept well after eating butternut squash and cauliflower yesterday, and I felt well yesterday and today.  

Today I ate English peas for breakfast.  I ate more than this photo shows.  

And that was all I ate today.  I enjoyed my meal and haven't been hungry.  

This is working.  Thank you Jesus.
