Yesterday was Day 1 of my new diet attempt. How is that going? Well, it needs work. Yesterday I ate an avocado, and then some cabbage around 1:00 pm for lunch. Yum. I guess about 1 1/2 cups of the green goodness. And that was it for yesterday. I'm floundering.
I didn't sleep well at all, which usually happens if something is amiss in dietland. Who could possibly find fault with this excellent diet? Even vegans would approve.
Today, about 1:00 pm again, I ate more cabbage. Bad idea I suppose, but what should I have done? I don't really know. Was the pain less? Uh. Not really. Have I accomplished anything? Maybe the cabbage needs to be in the form of sauerkraut. I know, cabbage juice.
