Time for a hot bath. I mentioned to my mother that I would be taking a bath. "Are you going to wash your hair?" she asked. "How did you know?" I responded in amazement.
The main point is to wash my hair, but I wanted to do a hot bath too. I like to elevate my temperature to around 102º and keep it there about 20 minutes. But today was a cold day and the water didn't seem as hot as it needed to be, so I settled for a temperature of 101º for five minutes. Not that much of a heat shock I guess. Well, usually that's enough to rev up my system some.
