    1. Busy busy busy. My blog has been acting up some. I don't like the way Walmart has joined the Pride agenda. I was surprised at Kellogg's taking the opportunity to make a weird statement with Fruit Loops. I don't approve. It seems especially inappropriate the way it is obviously targeting children. Why?

    2. The Kellogg's cereal was listed on the Walmart page as supporting "Pride and Joy." I didn't search for it. If you click the link under Walmart, you can see the Walmart Pride and Joy page. You probably saw that already.

    6. Yes, as far as offending everyone, they haven't let anyone out. It's almost as if Kellogg's is taking aim at the lbkktq community at the same time they they upset every other applecart.

    7. I suppose the disturbing part to me is that by going shopping one winds up affirming some position one doesn't hold. Now I'm being called an Evangelical. Oh wait. I am an Evangelical. I think Evangelicals should appropriate the Noah's Ark motif and put that on beer cans and cereal boxes. There should be an "Evangelical Month."

    8. Ridicule an Evangelic. Erect and Evangelical shame center. Make countless movies and TV series on the bad, bad Evangelicals... Oh wait, they already do that. It won't be done until there are Evangelical statue you can flog for creating all the problems in the world.

    9. As far as ridicule, I haven't ridiculed lbkkk+ people in my life. I have tried to ignore, I suppose. I can't even think of anyone I know that has ridiculed them. Well, possibly the late husband of my mother. He ridiculed me too. He claimed I was a lesbian, for one thing. So anyway, I have to go and do wonderful chores.

  2. ?? I can't figure out what you're saying. I have to go to the repair shop to get your mother's car fixed anyway. I'll be back.

    1. I personally feel that Evangelicals are ridiculed. It isn't a game of LBGQ coming out, but being weaponized. Do I believe LBGQ have been unfairly disparaged... yes. Do I think dressing up in drag to teach school or participate as a student is a good solution.... A lot of that depends on good taste and institutions need to have some respectful guidelines.

I am more disturbed about the disproportionate attention reserved for being anything but traditional. It ridicules suffering depending on political ideology and ultimately require people to look like clowns if they want to be LBGQ. It frames our most serious issues as a country as the need to dress like a clown and be respected in public, while spewing anti-Christian hate. I think churches have their own set of problems, but it's really easy to leave.

The very real problems of child poverty, public safety, and academic integrity are silent issues because they affect everyone.

    2. Yes, that's about how I feel. Well said. I guess with the sarcasm I need to have a better handle on your actual thoughts on a subject to decipher the code.
