I know about Peter Attia. I didn't know he had written about Rapamycin, but I already knew that continuous Rapamycin suppresses the immune system. That's why it's taken once a week or so for other reason like longevity. I have taken it for about a year. Results? For one thing, improved grip strength. As far as Kaatsu training, if it's so useless why is it used by Olympic athletes? Are you even aware that Mrs. Billingsley is bedridden and who knows? This could help her? I'm going to find out whatever you say..

DeletePS. Mrs. Billingsley has also taken Rapamycin for about a year. In addition, she takes an amino acid drink called PerfectAmino twice a day.
