Salmon Patties for Dinner


 

Tonight I made salmon patties.  1 can 14.75 oz pink salmon drained.  3/4 tsp salt and 3/4 tsp garlic sprinkled over salmon.  3 eggs.  2.5 oz pork rinds blended into powder for pork rind panko.  1/4 diced red onion.  Mix together ingredients and form into patties, about 2 1/2 inches in diameter.  Fry on low heat for 3-5 minutes per side in oil.  I used avocado oil.  

I made tartar sauce from homemade mayo mixed with sweet relish and the juice of about half a lemon.
