What is R 1,3 Butanediol?
Technically an alcohol, but not ethanol alcohol, although it does cause a buzz.
R 1, 3 Butanediol is one half of the Ketone Ester molecule. Upon entering the bloodstream the molecule is broken into D-BHB and R 1,3.
R 1,3 enters the liver and becomes ketones in a similar way to MCT C8 oil, except 5x stronger.
