My New Soleus Invention

New information has found its way to me.  By exercising the soleus muscle one can directly tap into glucose stores in the blood, thereby reducing blood sugar.  Nice.  This has got to be cheating.

Is it hard to exercise the soleus muscle?  No.  If you're sitting, raise your foot up on the ball of the foot.  Then return to feet flat on the floor.  Why would that help anything?  Because the soleus muscle uses glucose, unlike most muscles which use glycogen.

Well, that's easy enough, but suppose one did soleus exercises for four hours a day?  Well, it would do wonders for metabolism and blood sugar control, and it would also would probably be a nuisance.

Therefore, someway, somehow, I thought it would be a good idea to use electrical muscle stimulators on the soleus muscle.  Then your busy, busy day needn't be focused on the soleus muscle all day.

Looking on Amazon, I see that this idea isn't specifically addressed.  Everyone wants to sell massagers.  Well, who knows.  It might work.   I'll have to think about this.
