Why Have So Many Bankers Jumped Off High Buildings?

When did I first hear about this?  A long time ago now, several years anyway.  I read the Wall Street Journal this morning and there was an article on the front page about an investment banker worth millions of dollars, age 56, in NYC, checking into a hotel and then jumping off the roof.  

I find the idea of death by jumping from a roof to be hard to imagine, and it seems strange that it's been the cause of death of so many bankers.  Some of them may have needed help jumping too.
