Aunt Helene's Egg Salad Surprise

3 hard boiled eggs diced

one stalk celery, chopped 

1/3 cup mayo 

a splash of mustard

2 oz bleu cheese crumbled

salt to taste 

Combine all ingredients.  Watch your friends' delight as they bite into the unexpected joy of bleu cheese.
